Return Policy

30 Days Easy Return/Exchanges

Items must be sent back to Glam Factory Boutique within 30 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for “STORE CREDIT”. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS will be given. 

Returned Items must be unworn and unwashed (free of ant stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Glam Factory and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 24hrs of package arrival. If not reported within that time frame, we will not issue a credit. Merchandise purchased online can also be returned at our store location(6908 Two Notch Rd Columbia Sc 29223). After we’ve received your return, it sill take up to 5 days to issue your store credit unless your returning at the store.
